The complex comprises 245 studios spread over 12 floors and features 5 lifts. It was renovated in 2006 and offers guests views out over the seafront promenade onto the sea beyond. There is a lobby with 24-hour reception and a currency exchange facility. Guests may also make use of the safe. Further facilities include 2 bars, a buffet restaurant, a hairdresser's salon and beauty centre, a shop, a TV room and a conference room. A laundry service is available, though it is subject to an additional charge. Younger guests can also enjoy the playground.

All the studios offer a full bathroom with bath, shower and hairdryer, a lounge/sleeping area, a small kitchen with a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, in-room music, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and hire safe, as well as either a balcony or terrace.
