The resort is in a prime location right on the beach, and a full range of water sports are available (some at a charge). There is a large fresh water swimming pool, with sun beds and parasols, a hammah/steam room and a games room. The Caribbean World and Sun Beach hotels have recently opened a new water slide feature that is shared between the two hotels (at extra charge).

Chargeable Extras

Safety deposit boxes, imported drinks, floodlit tennis, horse riding, par-ascending, video games, billiards, water sports like windsurfing, kayaks, motor sports, ski biscuit, water-skiing and sailing (seasonal) are available at a charge.

All rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable and equipped with bathroom (either shower or bath), terrace or balcony, air-conditioning (July and August), telephone and satellite TV (no English channel available - a deposit is required).

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (06:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:00), all buffet style with show cooking, served in the main restaurant Hacienda. During meals local wine, local beer and soda are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is an A la Carte restaurant (upon reservation, 24 hrs in advance). Snacks such as sandwiches, pizza slices and chips are available at the snack bar between 14:00 & 16:00 (only Jun-Aug). Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like wine (by the glass), cocktails, spirits, fruit juices, tea, coffee, mineral water, beer, Boukha, Thibarine, Muscat and soft drinks are served from 10:00-23:00 at the main bar and at the shared bars with Sun Beach Resort; beach/pool bar, Vitamin bar (fruit juices) - all only during high season.

Sport facilities at the hotel include day & evening activities programme like games, cabarets, sketches (organised by a professional team), mini club (activities organised for children in particular), equipped playground, outside swimming pool, terrace with deck and parasols, aquatic gymnastics, water-polo, aerobics, jogging, dance courses, tennis, table tennis, petanque, archery, darts, beach volleyball and beach basketball.

The Caribbean World Resort is an All Inclusive resort, located in the area of Borj Cedria. Designed with a lovely colourful theme throughout, gives it that typical Caribbean flair. Its lively atmosphere, private beach and energetic activities available makes it ideal for families.

Reps Opinion

Its Latino theme and relaxed atmosphere is great for families looking to chill around the pool or on the beach. Close to the capital Tunis, although the hotel is secluded its not far from the metro that leads to this vibrant city. Due to the location and distance from Monastir airport, booking a direct transfer to this hotel is recommended.
