“VILLA NORIA” is a luxury residence-hotel situated in the Yasmina-Hammamet resort area less than 320 meters from the world famous golden beaches.

“VILLA NORIA” complex consists of 57 bungalows totalling 200 beds, arranged in a horseshoe layout at the heart of which are a terrace, an outdoor swimming pool and a welcoming mediterranean garden.

The central building, situated at the back of the complex, consists of (i) a ground floor with a reception, a salon-bar overlooking the outdoor swimming pool and the garden, and a heated swimming pool at the same level as its outdoor counterpart, (ii) a below-the-ground level grouping a hammam, fitness and massage centres as well as a sauna, and (iii) a first floor, dedicated to a restaurant with full panoramic view.
