Sunny Beach is the most famous and one of the most beautiful resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It is located in a beautiful bay, which in its southern part borders Nessebar, and the northern part of the complex reaches the southern slopes of Stara Planina. It is an excellent combination of sea and mountain which creates exceptionally good climactic conditions the most part of the year.

Food & Beverage

One of the hotel’s restaurant is the Versailles restaurant. This restaurant overlooks the hotel’s pool. The Lingotto restaurant is moderated in Italian style situated next to the terrace by the pool. There are 2 bars, a cosy piano-bar and a cocktail bar at the swimming pool.

Accommodation

The hotel consists of 215 rooms. There are 26 of double bedded rooms and 155 double bedded rooms with an extra bed, 25 junior suits and 9 suites. All rooms are equipped with satellite television, a mini bar, direct dial telephone, central air conditioning, a personal safe box, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, SOS button and a balcony.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (11:30-13:00) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the dining hall Lingotto. Breakfast & dinner may also be served at the Versailles – specified at the reception. Theme buffets take place twice weekly (Bulgarian, Italian). Snacks such as sandwiches, pizza, hot dogs and French fries are available between 11:00 & 15:00 at the snack bar. Tea & coffee time with milk, sugar, pastry and ice cream (minimum three flavours) is from 14:00-17:00 at the snack bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the bar in the foyer (11:00-23:00), the snack bar (11:00-23:00) and the pool bar (11:00-18:00).

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include swimming pool and integrated kid’s pool, indoor heated pool (in the spa centre), sun chairs & parasols by the pool (subject to availability), beach volleyball, beach football, darts and table tennis. Evening entertainment takes place twice per week (25/05-25/09) and offers Bulgarian folklore and a variety of shows.

Useful Information on Distances

The hotel imperial is 1.5 km away from the Old Nessebar, only 150 m from the beach! The hotel guests can use a taxi in front of the hotel or the attraction train, which takes them to the centre of Sunny Beach or the Old Nessebar every 15 minutes. The walk from the Imperial to Nessebar takes about 20 minutes.

Facilities & Services

The hotel offers a conference hall with capacity of 150 seats suitable for organising various events. There are also an internet services, spa center which consists of an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, medical surgeries, an infrared booth, a Finnish sauna, different kinds of massages, a fitness gym, and aromatherapy. Moreover there are services such as manicure, pedicure, room service from 7.30 till 23.00, an exchange bureau, rent a car service, dry-cleaner and laundry, shops and pharmacy.

Chargeable Extras

International drinks served at the piano bar from 09:00-02:00, the specialty restaurant (Irish, 09:00-02:00), in-room mini bars (regularly filled up), spa centre (massage, fitness, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna), sun chairs & parasols at the beach, mini golf, pharmacy, mini market, hair dresser and manicure/pedicure are available at a charge.

Sports & Leisure

The hotel offers beach volleyball and beach soccer within the complex. In the complex, there is also table tennis, billiards and electronic darts, a video arcade for the children, bicycles for rental. There is a children’s playground inclusive of varied activities, and nearby a mini golf course. Guests can enjoy various water activities at the beach. Stables are available with well-trained horses and qualified riding instructors.
