At the guests’ disposal there is a comfortable lobby bar, the main restaurant with an open-air terrace and a pub, a couple of pool-bars, and a cozy B-B-Q restaurant.

There are numerous first-class restaurants, folk-style taverns, snack-bars and cafeterias scattered all over the resort and along the coastline where everyone can have a meal at reasonable prices. Many aquatic sports can be practiced. There is a yacht port with more than 100 places. Qualified training courses in tennis for children and grown-ups, in racing, diving, skin-diving and yachting are organized. Children can ride ponies and shoot with bows. There is also a slalom slide, mini golf, computer and electronic games, children’s railways, inflatable castles, Rolba slide and water toboggans.

Accommodation

The Mimosa hotel complex was totally reconstructed for summer 2002 and presently consists of two wings each with 6-7 floors and 331 units altogether. The twin rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern furnished, equipped with air-conditioning, Sat TV, fridge, direct telephone line, shower or bath, and balcony. The large twin rooms take two extra beds. Please note that if 4 people share the room, the space is limited.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals local drinks are offered. Theme buffets take place twice weekly and gala dinner once a week. Also at the disposal of the AI guests once per stay for A la Carte dinner with prior reservation is the Bavarian pub. Snacks such as hot dogs, sandwiches, salads, etc are available between 11:00 & 16:00 at the Sungarden pool bar as well as ice cream from 11:00-13:00. Tea & coffee time with cakes is from 16:00-17:00 at the lobby bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served from 11:00-23:00 at the lobby bar Mimosa and the pool bar Mimosa (depending on weather) and from 11:00-18:00 at the Dolce Vita bar.

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include fitness, jacuzzi, table tennis, billiards and daytime sport animation organized by the animation team with darts, shuffleboard, boccia, water volleyball, basketball, aerobics, etc. There is also evening entertainment six times weekly with shows, kids club for children aged 4-12yrs old (run by the animation team) and kid’s disco six times a week.

The hotel can be reached from the following airports: Varna (VAR) – 28 km and Bourgas (BOJ) – 158 km. The magnificent Golden Sands resort provides unforgettable atmosphere with its stunning scenery, luscious forest, superb beaches, clean sea and mineral springs. The resort is situated in a preserved area, which is a Bulgarian National park. The resort’s beach strip is 3.5 km long and up to 100 m wide.

Mimosa Hotel & Spa has a spacious reception area with an exchange desk and safety deposit boxes against local charge. There are five lifts, two of them panoramic. The hotel offers also an Internet hall and electronic games for children and shops. The guests can enjoy a heated indoor pool with children’s section. There are two large open-air pools located at different levels, two water slides and two separated children’s outdoor pools as well. New from summer 2006 - second pool area with two pools for adults and two for children and Jacuzzi. The sun-beds and parasols at the pools are offered free of charge. Fitness area, Jacuzzi, table tennis, billiard, darts, water volleyball and basketball, aerobics and other sports animation activities are offered free of charge. The Mimosa SPA centre offers a variety of wellness and relaxation programs (local charge) such as Thalasso therapy, aroma therapy, electro cure, mud cure, and physiotherapy and anti cellulites therapy. There are also solarium, sauna, steam cabin, water massage, doctor, dentist, and hair-dresser. New for summer 2007 - massage with chocolate, massage with honey, hot-stone massage, bamboo massage and bath Cleopatra for two persons.
